Join me for a Magical Adventure into the high Andes of Peru with Mystic don Americo Yabar and his son Gayle Yabar.
They will lead us into places of ancient ceremony that Westerners rarely see. Our intent will be to connect our hearts with the energies of the Apus (Mountain Spirits), Pacha Mama (Mother Earth), and the Cosmos for the purpose of personal and collective healing, spiritual growth, and transformation. This is an experience of a lifetime.
Our adventure begins in legendary Cusco for a day and then off to Ollantaytambo where we will be staying and then taking the train to Machu Picchu, the best known and most spectacular archaeological site on the continent: the "Jewel of the Andes," and a must see for all first-time travelers to Peru! After this amazing adventure, we will be meeting up with Americo and Gayle in Chinchero to spend four days in the Sacred Valley where we will explore its pre-Incan villages and non-tourist areas, starting our immersion into the Andean Cosmovision. We will also have the opportunity to sit in Sacred Circle with the indigeneous Q'ero Paqos for a group offering, which have done in the mountains for thousands of years. Then we will be returning to Cusco for a free day for the group to explore and discover some of the magic in Cusco. We will then be travelling to Molino to stay at Gayle's beautiful retreat home, naturally lush and secluded along the banks of the Urubamba river. Here we'll have an opportunity to work (play) with Americo & Gayle and open even more deeply into the loving energies of Pacha Mama and the Cosmos. We will also be will be spending a few days in Americo's ancestral home Salka Wasi from where he shepherds the neighboring community of Molla Marka. During our time in Molino and Salka Wasi we will have the opportunity to meet and work with the Shaman women and have the Women Singers perform for us. Our adventure concludes back in Cusco for a day where we will have a group dinner with Americo and Gayle and prepare to bring all magic that we experienced back home with us.
This Magical two-week adventure with Americo and Gayle is limited to a maximum of 12 people, if this trip calls to you I encourage you to contact me and get your spot reserved for this trip. A $250 deposit is required to reserve a spot.
I am working on a coming up with a final cost for the trip. Some of this will be determined by the final number of people going, but I anticipate that all twelve spots will be taken. There are a few things that are not included in the cost (Sacred Valley pass, Muchu Picchu - train, bus , entrance and guide. Meals in Ollantaytambo, Cusco and possibly a few others).
The figure I am looking at right now is $2800 plus airfare (apx $1700). We will be flying together as a group. It also includes the private transportation (bus and driver), lodging, most meals, compensation for Americo & Gayle, the Q'ero Paqos , the Women shamans and singers, and logistical coordination from Arilu (Americo’s daughter) and the Interpreter.
